General cancellation policy for prepaid bookings
1. cancellation must be made in writing and sent to customer.support@carwiz.pl
2. if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, we will give you a full refund
3. if you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, we will charge the full amount of your reservation
